# Deleting Reports

Xyicon Administrators

Use this article to permanently delete a report from Xyicon.

**CAUTION:** Once you delete a report, the action cannot be undone.

## Steps

1. Go to **Main** **Menu** ( <svg xmlns="http://www.w3.org/2000/svg" fill="none" viewbox="0 0 20 14" height="14" width="16">&nbsp; &nbsp;<path fill="#A9A3A3" d="M20 2V0H0V2H20ZM20 6V8H0V6H20ZM20 12V14H0V12H20Z" clip-rule="evenodd" fill-rule="evenodd"></path>&nbsp; &nbsp;</svg> ) **> REPORT****S**.
2. Select the checkbox against the reports you want to delete.
3. You will see a prompt asking you to confirm the action.
4. Click **Yes**.
