Can I reactivate my SpaceRunner Account?

If your SpaceRunner Account has been canceled, you have the option to reactivate it within 90 days after the cancellation date. Email support@xyicon.com to request reactivation. Please include the name of your account. Your data will not be saved after 90 days.

If you have no credit card in your original SpaceRunner Billing Portal, we will send you an email prompting you to update your payment information. We can then reactivate your Account.
