Registering and Logging In

Use this article to learn how to register, log in, and out of Xyicon.

Before you Begin

• Make sure you have a registered account before you log in to Xyicon. Contact your Xyicon Administrator if you do not have a Xyicon User account set up.
• Follow the link in the invitation email to set up your Username and Password. 

Registration

All fields are required in order to complete registration EXCEPT for Username (If there is no Username provided, your email address will automatically be assigned to this field).                   

Password Requirements:

• 8 Character Minimum
• 1 Numerical Character
• 1 upper case and 1 lower case letter

Once registration is successful, you will be redirected to the login page (if not automatically redirected, select Click here).  

Log In

1. Go to https://app.xyicon.com/
2. Enter your username and password in the respective fields.
3. Click Login.

Log In with SSO

If Single Sign-On (SSO) is enabled for your Xyicon organization, you can log in with SSO.

1. Go to https://app.xyicon.com/
2. Click log in with SSO.
   
3. Enter your email in the screen that appears.
   
4. Click Log in with SSO.

Log Out

1. Click your avatar located on the top right corner of the Xyicon Header.
2. Then click Logout.
