Hide Markups by Color

Use this article to learn how to hide markups by color and save the preference as views for future use.

Before you begin

• Make sure that your Xyicon User has the necessary permissions to view and update spaces. User Permissions are managed by your organization's Xyicon Administrator.
• Make sure the required Markups and Views are added to Xyicon as mentioned in our previous articles.

Steps

1. Navigate to the Spaces module and double-click the desired space to open it in the Space Editor.
2. Click the current view in the View bar [Highlighted in Yellow] and select the view from the dropdown in which you want to save.
3. Select Layers from the View bar [Highlighted in Yellow] and the Layers tab will open.
4. Scroll down to the Markup section in the layers tab, select the colors of the markups to be hidden. 
5. After the Markups are hidden, click Save to view.
