Xyicon Users
In the Xyicons Tab, you can view the list of xyicons you created within the Space Editor view.
The Xyicons Tab in the Space Editor offers a range of functionalities including sorting the list, searching for specific xyicons within the selected Space Editor view, and customizing the fields displayed on the tab. These features provide a seamless way to navigate through your xyicons within the Space Editor, while enhancing efficiency and control.
Before you begin
- Make sure xyicons are created within the relevant Space Editor view.
- Verify your Xyicon User has the necessary permissions to access the Space Editor.
Permissions are managed by your organization's Xyicon Administrator.
Manage Xyicons Tab
- Navigate to the SPACES module and double-click on your space to open it in the Space Editor.
- On the side panel of the Space Editor, click on the ( ) Xyicons icon to access the Xyicons Tab.
- Once in the Xyicons Tab, you can see the list of all xyicons and their fields associated with the current Space Editor view.
- To sort the list of xyicons, click on the relevant column header.
- Use ( ) Find to quickly find specific xyicons by name or any xyicon field.
- Go to Manage Columns to personalize the fields displayed in the Xyicons Tab.
- You can drag and drop the desired columns into Visible Columns or Hidden Columns sections according to your preference.
These columns indicate the fields that are available in the organization. This includes portfolio and space fields with Display On Links enabled and all xyicon fields. - After modifying the columns, ensure that you save the changes to the view.
To save the filter to the active view, click the Save to View button. Alternatively, you can save the filter as a separate view by clicking Save as New View.
Locate a Xyicon
Each list item has a clickable icon that, when clicked, navigates to its location in the relevant space. The xyicon also moves slightly to help users locate it easily.
