Enable Scrollbar

If you’re working in Space Editor and need to navigate content that extends beyond the visible area, use the Enable Scrollbar feature. This feature adds draggable scrollbars along the bottom and right edges of the Space Editor, making it easy to move through your space and view all content smoothly. Draggable scrollbars make it easier to access all parts of the space, especially useful for detailed design work where you need to zoom in and out frequently.

Before you begin

Make sure your Xyicon User has the necessary permissions to access the Space Editor. User Permissions are managed by your organization's Xyicon Administrator.

Steps

1. Navigate to the Spaces module and double-click on your space to open it in the Space Editor.

2. Click the Settings icon in the bottom-right corner of the Space Editor.

3. From the menu, click Enable Scrollbar. A check mark icon will appear, indicating that the feature is enabled.
   Two draggable scrolls will appear along the bottom and right edges of your Space Editor.
   To use the scrollbar, position your cursor over a scroll, click, and drag it in the desired direction. Enabling this allows you to navigate through your spaces smoothly.

   Note: To disable the scrollbar, simply repeat the steps above.
