This feature allows administrators to define specific permissions for users, ensuring that each individual has the appropriate level of access to perform their tasks within Xyicon.
Users can access specific portfolios or portfolio groups based on their assigned Permission Set. After adding a user to the organization from the Users section in Settings, they can be given the necessary permissions by assigning them to Permission Sets, which can be done in two ways.
- You can assign a Permission Set to each Xyicon User for a specific portfolio via the Users section in Settings.
- You can assign a Permission Set to each Xyicon User for a portfolio group via the Users section in Settings.

In such cases, those particular Fields can be hidden from the user who does not require access.

For example, a role with view-only permissions may be granted access to view a particular space but not to modify it, while a role with editing permissions may be allowed to make changes to the same space.
